Shipping policy

1. Customer

www.jppcalls.fi is a website operated by JPPCalls Oy (Business ID: 3539809-8).

Customers of JPPCalls.fi may include consumers, businesses, and organizations.

These terms and conditions apply to the commercial relationship between JPPCalls.fi and its consumer customers (hereinafter “Customer”), and are subject to the laws of Finland and the European Union regarding consumer trade, marketing, and advertising.


2. Customer Account and Data Protection

Customers are not required to create an account to place an order. Customers must provide their name, address, phone number, and email address.

Customers can check their personal information in the order confirmation and may refuse the use or processing of their data for marketing purposes.

The security of JPPCalls.fi is monitored technically, for example, to protect against data breaches, automated trading, or surveillance. Any activity in violation of these terms will be reported to the relevant authorities.
JPPCalls.fi reserves the right to cancel any order if the customer does not act in accordance with generally accepted practices, such as using automated tools (bots/scripts) to place orders.
JPPCalls.fi also reserves the right to refuse the sale of products for resale purposes or if compliance obligations require it.


3. Product Range

Availability is based on delivery times provided by importers and manufacturers. Neither JPPCalls.fi nor its suppliers are responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, and JPPCalls.fi does not guarantee delivery of items not immediately available.

JPPCalls.fi is not liable for damages caused by force majeure. Force majeure refers to any unforeseen circumstance or change in conditions beyond JPPCalls.fi’s control. The customer will be informed of such events without delay.

JPPCalls.fi may sell outlet products online. Outlet products are typically customer returns, demo units, factory-refurbished, or used items. The product condition and specific terms are defined in the product description.

JPPCalls.fi reserves the right to limit the sale of certain items. Legal age restrictions are followed.


4. Delivery

Products can be delivered via a shipping service or picked up at the JPPCalls.fi office. Pickup orders will be held for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

By default, all items in a single order are shipped together. If necessary, multi-item orders may be shipped in separate packages, which could result in partial deliveries.

If not all items are available for immediate delivery, the customer may request to split the order. This will create a new order for the remaining items, and additional shipping fees may apply.
However, JPPCalls.fi reserves the right to split shipments unilaterally, in which case the additional shipment will be free of charge.


5. Pricing and Payment Methods

Prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated. JPPCalls.fi reserves the right to cancel an order if the item was sold at an incorrect price due to pricing errors, system malfunctions, or other similar issues.

Prices are verified at the time of processing. If prices have decreased, the open order will be adjusted accordingly. If prices have increased before the order is processed, the product will be sold at the price at the time of ordering.

Current payment methods are listed on the JPPCalls.fi website. Credit-based payment options may include additional terms, such as creditworthiness checks. Full credit terms and the lender's information are provided at checkout as required by law.


6. Returns

JPPCalls.fi offers customers the right of return in accordance with Finnish consumer protection laws.

If a shipment is returned or undeliverable due to reasons beyond JPPCalls.fi’s control (e.g., incorrect phone number or address), we do not refund shipping, transport, installation, or additional service costs.
Customers are also responsible for return shipping of items that require special transport due to size or weight (dimensions over 100 x 60 x 60 cm or weight over 25 kg). Shipping costs for uncollected deliveries are not refunded.

Customers must provide proof of purchase (receipt or equivalent) when returning a product. All related documentation should be retained until confirmation of the return is received from JPPCalls.fi.

Customers are liable under law for any loss in value if the item has been used. Customers should take care of the item, its accessories, manuals, and packaging until they decide to keep it.

JPPCalls.fi will refund returned purchases within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless another method is explicitly agreed upon.

Return restrictions are based on current legislation. According to Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the following items, among others, are not eligible for return:

  • Sealed products once the seal is broken.

  • Hygiene and intimate products after opening, as they cannot be resold. These include, but are not limited to: epilators, razors, trimmers, hair styling tools, electric toothbrushes, oral care products, thermometers, blood pressure and glucose meters, breathalyzers, in-ear headphones, hands-free devices, diapers, and other similar childcare or pet care products.

  • Registered vehicles, service products, and digital content once fully delivered or started electronically with the customer’s prior consent and after being informed that there is no right of cancellation.


7. Warranty

The warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and does not limit the seller’s statutory liability under consumer law. Customers should read the warranty terms provided with the product before use. These terms are included in the product manual, a separate warranty card, or on the manufacturer’s website.

The warranty only covers manufacturing and material defects. Repairs are carried out under the warranty terms of the manufacturer or importer. Defective outlet products will not be exchanged for a new, full-price product.

Repair times are assessed case by case. Items submitted for repair will be stored for three months after notification of completion. After that, the item will be recycled.

JPPCalls.fi is not responsible for damage caused by the customer. Any out-of-warranty service or clearly unnecessary service visits may be charged in full to the customer.

JPPCalls.fi does not guarantee that third-party products will remain functional throughout their expected lifetime. Warranty terms are defined by the manufacturer or importer and are followed by JPPCalls.fi.


8. Dispute Resolution

The parties will attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, consumer customers have the right to contact the Consumer Advisory Services or bring the dispute before the Consumer Disputes Board. Customers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

These procedures are written and free of charge; legal representation costs are not reimbursed.

If legal action is pursued, the customer may file a lawsuit against JPPCalls Oy in either Oulu District Court or the district court of their permanent residence.
